October Fun

Well the month of October has come and gone. Grandma Kathy took Luke and I to the pumpkin patch and we had so much fun. Soccer season is almost over and we are all ready for a little break. We are having a lot of fun experiencing everyday life with Luke. He is crawling everywhere and it is definitely time to baby proof our home. He soon will be walking as he is standing up all the time now.

Our Little Luke

reading with daddy
playing with grandpa and grandma at the soccer game
can you believe he likes soccer balls???
eating spaghetti noodles for first time he loved them!!!
swimming with our friends Todd,Jess and Liam at Todd's parents new pool

Our little Luke is getting big way too fast. We can't believe he is almost 11 months. We enjoy the new things he does each week. Unfortunately this week he has been spitting not so fun when you get food sprayed all over your face, for example tonight it was squash. He also seems to think my eye lashes are interesting. It hurts when he tries to pull them. Hope you enjoy these updated pictures.

Summer has come and gone!!

Well the summer has just flown by. We can't believe that soccer season has again started. Not sure where the time has gone. We have been having fun in our new boat and enjoying spending time as a family. Luke's hair was getting so long so we decided it was time for his first hair cut. Here are some updated pictures of us and our little man.

Luke's 1st Vacation

Well we took our 1st family vacation and had a wonderful time. Coe was already down in California for club regionals and he surprised me with a trip to come and see my sister and then meet up with him for a mini vacation. Luke did great on his first flight and slept most of the time. I was a little nervous about traveling alone for the first time with a baby but it went very smoothly. We spent time with my sister, managed to go to six flags just Coe and I and it was a blast. The trip ended with a fun filled Father's day for Coe with just our little family and it was so special. I am sure Coe will treasure it for the rest of his life. We flew home on Monday and I almost forgot that Luke now has a new tooth too!!!

3 months already..

I am getting bigger

Grandpa Steve with Luke and Brock

Well Luke turned 3 months last week, this is how bad I am at updating this. Luke got to see a lot of relatives this weekend including spending time with Coe's parents and even got to spend time with his cousin Brock who is soo cute. Luke continues to do well with his tummy time and he is holding his head up for longer periods of time. I have been pretty tired with my new work schedule but am getting used to it, plus I have been working out again which has felt great. Coe has been taking care of Luke in the mornings and brings him to me at work between 10 and 11, so he typically only has to be in the child care for 3 hours at the most which has been really nice. I am so glad Coe get's some time with him since he has been sooo busy with soccer, I really appreciate all his help as he is very tired from late nights working the indoor facility. We had a nice Valentine night at home and it was nice for Coe and I to spend some much needed time together. Luke continues to be such a joy in our lives. He has really starting smiling and talking more and more.

Back To Work

Well today is my last Friday at home. The whole time has just flown by. I head back to work on Monday. Luke is growing a ton and has really starting to smile and hold his head up, he also does that little strech after each nap. So here is a quick picture update on our little man. Coe continues to be swamped with soccer. I just finished cleaning the house and thought I still have a little time before Luke wakes up from his late afternoon nap. Our good friends just had their little boy Liam on Thursday, he will be Luke's buddy.
